Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days for any reason.

The cancellation period lasts 30 days from the date you received the items or from the date a third party you designated (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your cancellation right, you need to notify us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will issue a refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any charges for this refund.

Conditions for Returns:

For items to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:

  • The items were purchased within the last 30 days

  • The items are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Items that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, such as perishables or those past their expiration date.

  • Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Items that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products.

We reserve the right to reject returns of any products that do not fulfill the aforementioned return criteria at our discretion.

Returning Goods

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Please send the products to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of the return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were labeled as gifts at the time of purchase and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the items were not marked as gifts when purchased, or if the gift giver arranged for the order to be shipped to themselves for later gifting, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
